CMA’s MicroBee Systems product line consists of multiple Time, Space, Position Information (TSPI) and Telemetry systems and components that offer our customers a variety of reliable and rugged options to meet their test support needs. These systems can be used as is or customized to meet your specific requirements. Most of these systems are subject to ITAR restrictions. Please contact us to arrange for detailed technical specifications.

The GLITE C1R is a fully flight qualified system used to obtain highly accurate time, space, and position information (TSPI) data for aircraft during flight test operations. The C1R serves as an independent truth sensor for flight test in support of multiple DoD services. The C1R is qualified at temperatures from -65°F to 165°F and for the full vibration profile of tactical aircraft. The C1R records and logs data from an internal navigation grade, multichannel, multiband GPS receiver and an external, navigation grade laser ring gyro inertial measurement unit (IMU) to provide real time positional data through an external data connection as well as highly accurate post-processed data.

The GLITE C2R is a fully flight qualified system used to obtain highly accurate time, space, and position information (TSPI) data for aircraft during flight test operations. The C2R serves as an independent truth sensor for flight test aircraft positional data. The C2R is qualified at temperatures from -65°F to 165°F and for the full vibration profile of tactical aircraft. The unit records and logs data from an internal navigational, multichannel, multiband GPS receiver and from an internal laser ring gyro IMU. The C2R integrates data from a number of user defined sources, calculates a quick-look TSPI solution, packages the raw and quick-look data, logs this data internally, and provides near real time outputs to flight systems in a number of data formats.

The Miniplate is an Advanced Range Data System (ARDS) participant. The system uses data from a multichannel, multiband GPS and from a pseudo-IMU computational engine, to calculate a TSPI solution in near real time. The Miniplate transmits the real time coordinate data to the test range on the ARDS microwave network. The Miniplate is full participant within the ARDS network, is frequency agile, and is capable of operating on any test range within the ARDS environment The Miniplate is designed to be low cost and is frequently used in destructive testing of both airborne and groundborne systems.

The LM100 is a laboratory grade Advanced Range Data System (ARDS) network passive receiver used for ARDS network diagnostics and monitoring. All ARDS RF traffic received is reported to the LM100 Ethernet port on a user specified UDP port. LiveMonitor sends out two types of UDP Packets; 1) Packets containing ARDS Data that the LiveMonitor receives from the RF channel or 2) Packets containing the LiveMonitor HeartBeat in the absence of ARDS data.

The LM200 is a ruggedized version of the LM100 suitable for tactical (airborne, groundborne or seaborne) environments. While functionally identical to the LM-100, the LM-200 includes features for hardening against thermal, RF and weather environments.

The PCFW-104 is a standard ISA serial interface integrated with the FreeWave MM2 Serial Data Radio in a PC/104 format. This unit allows for easy integration of a long range FreeWave wireless data solution into the stack without messy cables and mounting considerations. Fully backwards and forward compatible with all FreeWave Serial Radio Modems such as the FGR-115RC. Available in 340MHz, 900Mhz, 1.35GHz 2.4GHz. The 900MHz is also available in a government use only 1.5W version. Driver support is universal.

The CnR IMU Interface (shown in HG-1700 configuration) is a PC/104 form factor SDLC interface specifically designed for receiving data from either the Honeywell HG-1700/1900 or HG-9900 series Inertial Measurement Units (IMU). This interface allows for time tagging the IMU data relative to a GPS 1PPS pulse to provide time correlation of inertial and GPS data. Additionally, this interface provides two RS-232/422 (software selectable) high speed serial ports 8 optically isolated digital IO lines and optionally four MIL type hermetic relays.

The ARDS Mini-Data Link Transceiver is a ruggedized and qualified software defined radio used to interface systems to the ADRS network as a full participant. It supports RS-232 and SDLC data interfaces, covers the full ARDS spectrum in 25 kHz increments and is configurable for a wide range of external sensors. The Mini-DLT is available as a packaged unit, an OEM module or on a PC/104 carrier.

The MES-001A Moving Endpoint System is an environmentally qualified passive Advanced Range Data System receiver loaded with the Moving Endpoint System (MES) waveform. The MES-001A was developed as a range safety geofencing augmentation receiver. It is a passive ARDS network listener used during live fire test and evaluations missions as an on-board missile component. The MES-001A provides TSPI data of all participants transmitting on the ARDS network to the missile test safety systems.
